Day 01: Arr. Mumbai - Lonavala

Arrive at Mumbai Airport / Railway Station. Meet our representative. Drive down to Lonavala (100 kms/ 2hrs). You see the Carla & Bhaja Caves, are a group of 18 rock-cut caves. You will also see a group of 14 stupas - five inside and nine outside the caves. Located near the Lonavala hill station. In the evening you arrive at Lonavala, check in to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 02: Local sightseeing

After breakfast in the morning, you spend the morning exploring the scenic beauty of Lonavala hill station. You can see tourist hotspots like Rye wood Park, Christian Cemetery, Bushy dam, Dukes Nose, Tigers Leap, Shirota Lake. Overnight stay at Lonavala

Day 03: Lonavala - Mumbai

After morning breakfast, proceed to visit to Canyon Valley, Scorpion Sting, lions point, Celebrity Wax museum. Later back to Mumbai Airport / Railway Station. Proceed to onward journey. Tour ends with sweet memories.. Note: All places would be covered if time permits, itinerary may change as per arrival and departure timings

02) Accommodation in hotels on Twin sharing (01 DBL Room) basis as per the category or similar hotels.

03) Buffet Breakfast (CP Plan)

04) All applicable hotel taxes.

05) Transfers & Standard Sightseeing as given in the itinerary by A/C Dzire / Etios.

06) Driver Allowance, Fuel Charges, Road Toll Tax, Parking & Interstate Taxes of Vehicle.

Important Note: The above given cost is calculated on the basis of the selected hotels and base or mentioned category of rooms. In case Rooms in the above said hotels are not available at the time of booking then we will offer similar category hotel and the costing is subject to change as per the rates & availability of rooms. Please note that this is our offer letter and we are not holding any rooms in the above said hotel as of now. We will process the booking upon your receipt of your confirmation.

01) Any Airfare / Train fare.

02) Any meals other than those mentioned (Highlighted) above.

03) Any portage at Airport and Hotels tips, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges

And all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions.

04) Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

05) Guide and Entrances to the monuments.

06) Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

a) Before 30 days 10% of tour cost.

b) Before 15 days 15% of tour cost.

c) Before 07 days 25% of tour cost.

d) Before 72 hours 50% of Tour cost.

e) No Show 100% of tour cost.

f) During High peak season period Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Voucher

08) The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.

09) Tour is organized on the basis final instructions and requirements received from yourselves and on your own risk and responsibilities.

10) LIABILITY: We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:

a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused;

b) Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.

c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.

d) We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).

e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.

11) Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

01. In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, we shall offer similar Hotel.

02. All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.

03. In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at time of booking.

04. The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development. 05. Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.

06. All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).

07. All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
